First I must say The staff working are very nice and respectful.
The alteration was not done well.
I had snaps put on a duvet cover as closures. This was the option that was offered. Upon completion the snaps were sewn on by a single thread and there were loose ends. Be careful if you bring items for repair! The alterations are done at a different site.
