Technician was prompt, courteous,, pleasant and got on with the job and answered questions, unfortunately he couldn't fix the problem and new part on back order.His alternative solution was to put in a new system which is financially NOT an option especially when we only installed a new system in 2022.
Rafael Andrejas was honest describing my A/C Problems and showed me pictures of of my A/C problem. Parts have to be ordered and I would highly recommend for Rafael to do the repair because I know that it will be successfully. I would like to say thank you to Rafael for doing a great job!
One hour air was amazing. They came out within the hour and fixed my air conditioner. The person they sent was wonderful. Explained everything. I’ve used them several times before and I’ve always been happy. After several days, I had to call them back for issues regarding the air conditioning. Once again they came out, they were very professional. Pedro did an amazing job and they got it running again. Highly recommend.
