About NCH Wellness Center - Whitaker

NCH Whitaker Wellness Center is a clean and bright exercise facility with friendly staff and state-of-the-art equipment. They offer various group classes and amenities such as a sauna and steam room. The location is convenient, and it has recently been renovated. However, there is no longer assigned space for changing clothes, resulting in shared, open areas.

First time visit. I was there for physiotherapy for recent shoulder replacement surgery.
My physiotherapist, Matt, was great at explaining what I would experience and what I should expect over 48 visits.
This is a very professional facility.

First, Cheryl and Vanassa at the front desk were incredibly understanding and patient while I was asking about membership and guest/day passes, and resolving the “in the moment” issues I had. I give them 5 stars!

The facility itself is adequate and the monthly fee is reasonable, so worth the money.

Club policy is short sighted when it comes to day passes and “trials” and misinformation was relayed to me during a phone call with gym staff. I had called about trying the gym and getting a facility tour prior to joining. Best clean and bright exercise facility. Everyone is quite nice & friendly and they offer state of the art equipment, as well as many group classes. My exercise place for 15 yrs!
