I originally had a concern after Naples Wax Center relocated, because I had purchased a prepaid package based on the convenience of their previous location. Since the move made it impractical for me to continue using my remaining sessions, I requested a fair prorated refund for the unused portion of my package.

Sophia V and Tori are doing an excellent job at Naples Wax Center. Clearly, there was a staffing shortage today but these two operated selflessly to ensure that everything stayed running smoothly. They are organized, kind and proficient in all they do. I would not go anywhere else and these are my two favorite waxers I have ever recieved treatments from.
