I'm another person from out of town. My sunglasses had a screw come loose and I went to 3 other places that wouldn't/couldn't help. I stopped at the office on Tamiami and Marco fixed me up rather quickly and wouldn't accept any payment.Great customer service that you don't find anymore.

I am from out of town and this morning I dropped my prescription sunglasses on the floor and one lens popped out. I quickly realized that the frame would need to be heated in order for the lens to go back in. So I googled opticians in Naples and discovered that Naples Optical Centre consistently received five stars so I went there. I was not disappointed. The gentleman who greeted me was very pleasant and assured me he could easily fix my sunglasses which he did quickly and for free. I now know where I will be going in the future should I have any eyeglasses issues while I am down here for the winter!

I was on vacation here in Naples and the arm to my glasses broke off and needed a scare. The gentlemen inside the store fixed them for me without a problem. It was great service and very quick. I highly recommend this place I went to optical outlet and they were closed although it was listed as open. Naples optical is awesome.
