AALIYAH Timmons was so kind and caring when I presented her with a problem of finding a particular urn for my sister‘s ashes. After other people spent a total of five months trying to find this urn, I contacted her and she indicated she would be able to get it in a few days. I had very little faith but had hoped she would find it. Pleasantly and miraculously she contacted me the very next day that she had received it and I was able to pick it up. We were very fortunate to have Naples Funeral Home for my father’s service. The entire staff was very kind and very diligent with our requests. We loved working with Gina, as she was not only sensitive to our tremendous loss, but also very kind in helping us coordinate my father’s service. Every detail was taken care of, and she stayed in frequent contact with us before the actual date of the service.
