Massey Construction Group appeared to do repairs to several homes in my neighborhood. The day after the storm his crew was on several roofs here and checked many roofs that were not on my list. My roof was installed in August of 2022. Massey did a nice job installing my dark brown tile roof except the roof has rust spots and lime showing everywhere, not to mention the color has faded to a light milk chocolate, it looks terrible. This may be the suppliers fault but that's who Massey uses. I've contacted them to no solution, unless I want to shell out a grand to stain it. That's not the solution I feel is justified.
My wife and I enjoyed a most unusual and pleasing experience with the owner of our roofing contractor, Mark Massey, of Massey Construction Group. Massey Construction installed a new tile roof on our home to our satisfaction. We noticed though that there were numerous small rust stains on our lanai afterwards and a couple even in our pool. We contacted Mark about the problem. While the cause of all of the stains was not certain, Mark told us that he personally would remove all the stains. He located an appropriate stain remover and researched how to remove stains under water.
