We first contacted Majestic Enterprises Kitchens & Baths in May of 2022, after a friend had shown us Majestic’s remodeling of her condo. We were very impressed.
We required a complete makeover of our condo unit, including floors, cabinetry, sinks, baths, walls, countertops, lighting, and even new appliances.
First, after visiting their lovely showroom in North Naples, they helped us with the overall design using computer renderings of the layout, and showed us many product options. This was extremely helpful, since we had little experience in these areas.
Once we approved the layout and design, and chose the flooring, cabinetry and appliances, Majestic began the work in June of 2023 and concluded the project—as promised—in August.
Also, being snowbirds, we trusted them in our home as we were gone for the summer. They kept us updated with regular photos of the work being done, and the various stages as each was completed.
Majestic was very accommodating to any changes we wanted to make along the way. If they had a question, or something came up that wasn’t stipulated in the original contract, they contacted us immediately.
Our neighbors said the workers were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves every day. As anyone who has ever had major contracting work done, tidiness is very important.
When we returned to Naples in August, we were stunned. Our old, outdated condo looked like an entirely different unit—brighter, more open and inviting, and modern.
Majestic told us to make a punch list of any issues or changes we wished to make, and they promptly addressed each of them.
It should be noted that prior to hiring Majestic, we had had a couple of negative experiences using other Florida contractors. This made their professionalism, timeliness, attention to detail, and cleanliness all the more gratifying.
We would highly recommend Majestic to anyone in Southwest Florida, and in fact, we already have.
