Johnson Air Conditioning is our service company of choice. Their service is prompt, they're there, on-time, when they promise you, always fair pricing, and the technician sent (Kerry), is the person they send who is familiar with our system. Consistency, is another term I would use to describe them. Our A/C system is getting close to end-of-life and these folks know enough to keep it running and Brian has stepped up to help us plan for the new system we will need. This is a company that sets the bar for great service and due diligence.....so we don't have to worry about our air handling looking forward. Our AC was totally down. Johnson AC came out with 3 hours of our call. We were first time customers. They performed a complete check of the system and found a very small leak of refrigerant. They had all the best diagnostic tools and I felt the tech was very well trained. He explained everything he was doing and why. Problem solved and back up and running. That was a week ago and all is good. Thank you Johnson Team!
