from memory care and we hired Preferred Care to assist us. It was the best decision we have ever made. We had several caregivers on 12 hour shifts 24/7 for a week. They were our Godsend !! They guided us thru the whole process , held our hands and told us exactly what to expect. They laughed and cried with us and I will miss them all. We considered them part of our family.“
