Outstanding service from Carlos today! He spent a lot of time making sure whether his original possible diagnosis was correct or not and it turned out it was a short in a line instead of his original thoughts. He spent a little extra time to make sure and I appreciate that. He got our AC working again in a couple of hours.

We bought our place in Naples back in 2017, and I needed a reliable HVAC company for preventative maintenance. With my background in HVAC, I’ll admit—I’m picky. After doing some research, I chose Florida Comfort Systems and spoke with John, the service manager, who took great care of me right from the start.
Fast forward to today: I'm still a loyal customer. Their attention to detail is outstanding. The technicians always show up on time, wear shoe covers when entering my home, and consistently exceed my expectations.
