The optometrist today was amazing. Clear, friendly, professional and thorough. Wait time was minimal and she explained the procedures well. Once we went to settle up, the gentleman helping us (Boyd) was outgoing and polite. Unfortunately he did not seem well trained in using their internal system to check on co-pays and to book a follow up appointment. More training would have made a 20 minute check out a 5 minute checkout.
So, great friendliness, but frustrating and, more importantly, shook our conference in Eyeglass World.
