Started out pretty good long drive to Cape Coral from Bonita Springs ok since my husband is VA and was told that is where the Dr is that could preform his eyelid surgery huge facility filled out questionnaire waited to get called in for exam answered all same questions ok waited again 1/2 hour in a waiting room filled with very loud weird people ok get called in now to meet with schedulerAnother 1/2 hr with her, answering all questions again yay got all the way to date so far so good all of a sudden like a ton of bricks she says oh wait what! you have a pacemaker, yes it was on the questioner exam, and was told to the tech, oh he can’t do the surgery, I was fuming...read full review

ECOF was recommended to me for what I viewed a possible emergency. They provided same day service to a new patient. I am very pleased with their care and will continue with them for continuing treatment. Office staff and Doctor couldn't have been nicer!

Over the years, I waited between one hour and an hour and a half for checkups. I make my appointments for early AM, but they can be 45 minutes behind after being open for an hour!I am confident they do quality work. But I will go elsewhere. Large healthcare businesses are growing faster than they can, and service suffers.
