OMG Noemi was amazing. Her customer service and attention to detail really impressed me. She even educated me on things I didn’t know in regards to product & wax after care. I’ll definitely be going back to her again.

Don't believe the negative reviews on this website. This place is great. I have found an excellent specialist whose name is Alexis and she has been a doing terrific job here in the Naples location. She is meticulous, thorough, and somehow with her, my every waxing experience is pleasant. Alexis is both personable and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her.

This was my first time at this location and I absolutely loved it! Front desk staff was super nice, and Cayley was AWESOME! I've never had a less painful experience and the end result was exactly what I wanted
