I had a very positive experience with Edward Beiner Eyewear, at Waterside shops in Naples today. I got a new RX from my Eye Doctor, and new lenses for my Cartier frames. They are truly amazing......I can see like never before. I got the anti-reflective, anti-scratch lenses......and they come with a 2 year warrantee coverage for breakage, etc. The opticians there are first class. A great experience..........and vision. I recommend highly, without reservation.

I have had such amazing service here. They take the time to find the right glasses for my vision problems. The glasses they pick fit my face, and are the right style for my age and coloring. Knowing that I am a teacher, they find options in my budget and let me know about special sales. They also provide excellent service after the sale. The staff will tighten my glasses if they get stretched out. I have been using Edward Beiner at Waterside for over six years and am grateful for their continued service.

Be aware of their NO returns policy! This is the first time we’ve made a purchased at Edward Beiner and unfortunately it has been a painful experience. We didn’t know about their no returns and one time exchange policy, as our salesman Eric didn’t not inform us at the time of purchase. It has been very frustrating since they have a very limited selection compared to other eyewear stores.

We have bought many glasses in our time and have never had glasses that have totally lost the tint and the anti glare disappear . They DO NOT stand behind their lens nor have we ever been to an eye glass store that doesn't stand behind their product . Glasses are less than 2 years , stored properly and not heavy wear . Extremely disapointed with this Optical store .
