I went to Betsy's Sunday Surrender (Power Vinyasa Flow.)I think what made her class so impressive wasn't just that it was a strenuous sweaty flow, but that she was able to weave her knowledge of sanskrit while also speaking to the bodies circulatory, respiratory, muscular, nervous, and lymphatic systems---and then simultaneously curate a sequence that connected the asanas to all the elements (water, air, fire, earth) It was an excellent class.

Matthew is great. He is a master as the craft and very engaging with the clients. He will watch with one eye and call out for you to lift or drop and pressured no one to go out of their comfort zone. I went a handle of times and need to go back. Wish he taught more classes at various times during the day.

Traveling from NC with my family for Christmas. Took Betsy's class and it was amazing!!! 10/10 experience. It was the perfect flow and workout that we needed on our relaxing vacation.
