During a consultation today with respect to several aspects of tax law, I discovered David Gruber to be knowledgeable and very competent in each area of taxation we discussed- stepped up basis, how to structure gains, etc.It has been my experience that CPA might not always mean "expert."In Mr. Gruber's case, he clearly has a great fix on how to ethically and legallyhold the line on taxes.
