I’ve been to this salon in the past multiple times and was very disappointed everytime, the only reason I kept going back was because it is local to me, the staff are friendly and everytime id go I’d have a different tech so I thought I’d eventually sit with someone who did a good job, I didn’t so I stopped going.
I thought I’d try them out again, I absolutely hate my nails, I asked for square gel French tips, they look like I have gone to someone who is starting out and doing nails free of charge to practice.
The staff are very friendly, but my nails look horrible.
overall not very friendly. $35 pedicure for someone who sped right through. Someone handed me 2 rough, beat up looking books with limited colors. did not understand my request via language barrier. the vibe is not good. doesn’t seem like the girls like each other and not one smile on anyone. I’ve been to coco a bunch of times but this will be my last.
I did this salon on a whim because I needed my nails done prior to going out of town this weekend. At first it seemed like the tech was going to do a decent job, but then she seemed to be rushed and she made 3 mistakes and did not correct them. They aren't extremely noticeable, but I noticed them. I will not go back.
