Incredible customer service! I came in and was politely introduced to the place and given a little tour of everything. After that I was given a room and started my float experience. I came out feeling extremely relaxed with a clear mind. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing. The staff was amazing and sweet. The atmosphere was as calm as ever. I had a Swedish massage by Julie and my boyfriend did the flotation. Julie was kind and made sure I felt comfortable while Nicole (Im sorry if the name is wrong!) gave us a tour and made sure we understood the services and what we would be doing. We both left feeling like new born babies. It was our first time visiting Cloud9, we drove 2.5 hours from Miami, and we will definitely be coming back.
This company charged me the full price of a massage for a missed appointment!! I received NO reminder whatsoever! And certainly did NOT authorize this. Extremely POOR business tactics. BBB will be hearing about this!
