We moved into a home back in 2018 that we purchased from another owner that had just recently built the home and decided to sell it. Big Island was the builder and the home was beautiful and incredibly well built. At different times we contacted Jay at Big Island to help assist us and he was incredibly responsive and helpful even though we were technically not his customer. Recently Hurricane Ian caused a surge that flooded our home and we had to in essence rebuild much of the first level. My wife and I have been thoroughly screening the different builders in Naples by talking to many people over 4 years and visiting hundreds of open houses. Finally, we decided to build our dream house in Old Naples with Big Island Builders. Jay Bowerman as CEO has convinced us that they are working with great quality and love for detail. As Germans and also being an Engineer we love perfection and know what it means to deliver these high standards at a reasonable price.
