I can’t say enough positive, great things about Berman Physical Therapy. I suffered from two separate rotator cuff tears. Several months after my first tear and first surgery, I tore a completely different area of my rotator cuff. I was in tremendous pain. The new tears were so extensive that I had a second surgery four months after the first surgery. Only then did I discover Berman Physical Therapy. If I knew of Berman sooner, I’m sure I could have avoided the need for a second surgery. Physical Therapy sometimes can offer a better solution than surgery itself…After working with Rafael for a number is sessions, I can finally sleep and function during the day without pain. My range of motion and strength are greatly greatly improved. I believe that eventually I will be 100% and owe it all to Rafael and the staff of Berman Physical Therapy.
I have been working with Jennifer from January and have achieved great results. She is extremely professional in her approach to achieving the goals we set up. She has continued to educate me on the values of my diet. Excellent awareness to your weekly diet plan through my fitness app. When visiting restaurants, we talked about menu options that would continue to follow our nutritional goals. Also, Jennifer has been available for communications outside our regular consultation. Great help!! Keeps me focused. She has continued to educate me on the values of my diet. I have added exercise to enhance my weight loss. My goals are to shed weight and not to find it again !
