Bottom line, too much turnover in vets and way too much corporate red tape. Lots of times we got recommendations on what big corporate dog food companies and drug companies want to push. It's fine to do monthly plan the first year as a puppy because they cover the majority of the visits up until the neutering. The vet chat feature on the app is helpful as well as Dr. Monk.

I brought Rocky in on a Friday night around 5 because he was having some stomach issues and diarrhea. They walked me through a few things I could do for him and were very professional when explaining it. I ended up staying later than close and I couldn’t be more happy with how Rocky and I were treated. They had no issue staying past close with me, they made sure they ran a test to make sure that he didn’t have heartworm and gave me treatment for him. Kylie was me assistant in the room and was with me all the way through checking me out and Dr. Monk had no problems answering all the questions I had. We will definitely be back to this location

Dr. Monk and his staff are great. All very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean and quiet, allowing your animal to not be overly-stimulated or stressed out. He is very invested in your animal's well-being, and that is very obvious in his care and interaction/attention to detail with your pet. We have been very happy with Banfield at Bayridge in Naples.
