I am a realtor, and many of my customers have used Phil’s home inspection services. Phil is very detail oriented and has many times found roof leaks or other defects that saved my customers a lot of money. Most recently he inspected a house that came back on the market and that had just been inspected. He found a small roof leak (that had been there already a while) that the other inspector had missed! He does a great job of checking everything every time and takes the time to explain his findings to everyone involved and his reports are well organized and detailed as well.
Phil is an amazing inspector and person in general. He was very thorough and took his time to look into everything which took a bit longer since it was a bigger house. He didnt rush it though and explained everything he found. He was a great guy the minute I called him and even gave a few pointers if I chose not to use him.
