All I can say is good things about Amherst Roofing. We had a shingle roof put on at the beginning of this year Jan 2024. Once we paid a down payment I felt like everything moved along quite quickly. Roofing materials were delivered and by the end of that week or the following they started the project. We had not had rain in weeks; the weatherman predicted no rain and of course it ended up raining. Even at that, they protected our roof well. They also covered (blanketed) the perimeter of the house before they started the tear off which helped catch the nails and debris and they cleaned up at the end of every day. My husband was here when we had the first inspection for the water barrier. He talked with the inspector. The inspector told him that the foreman with Amherst has been with the company for some 20 plus years and does a really good job. I found Amy in the office to be super nice and helpful. Brittney who does the billing is right on the ball with invoicing and answering any questions by email. Tim is a nice honest guy, he always gave us a heads up the day before the crew was going to be at our house. They were all so helpful if I had any questions. In addition they were easily accessible by phone, text or email which to me is important. Amherst did a really nice job on my roof. I would not hesitate to use Amherst Roofing again for any of my roofing needs.
