Over the last 15 years, I've had numerous Mohs surgeries for skin cancer, all with satisfactory results and with site closures accomplished by the Mohs surgeon himself. However, my most recent Mohs was more drastic than previous ones, and the surgeon had a difficult time visualizing satisfactory closure. At that point he recommended closure by a plastic surgeon and referred me to Dr Casey Holmes at the Aesthetic Surgery Center in Naples. And I couldn't be more pleased. I shopped around for a Surgeon for 7 years! I've hated my nose since I was a child and so at the time I turned 18 years old I started shopping around for a phenomenal surgeon and expected nothing less than the best with having severe anxiety about this being my only surgery- let alone a surgery on my face; Therefore, I was being very picky. About 5 years down the road I met a friend with the same goal to get Rhinoplasty and since we shared the common search we started to go on SEVERAL consultations together. I recently had a procedure done with Dr. Agarwal. Everything from beginning to end was exceptional. The nurses and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they put my mind at ease through the process. Dr. Agarwal's skill and artistry are beyond measure and I am very satisfied with my results. Also, when meeting with him, I never felt rushed and appreciated his balance of professionalism and friendliness. I will only use Dr. Agarwal moving forward, should I decide to have any other procedures. A+++
