They were on site 5 total days, with all but 1 day staying for 7 - 8 hours from carpet demolition to the final walkthrough and cleaning on Friday around 2pm.
Each day, with all of the workers, along with Sergio, was well planned, well executed, and progress was made.
Each worker was very polite, very professional and worked hard throughout their time here. Sergio was on task, ensured the workers knew the action plan and carried out the plan. Sergio and the team ensured each little niggle that accidentally occurred (wall paint mishaps, dust, etc.) was corrected before closing the job.
We had our old carpet removed and new carpet installed with Abby Flooring. Anna was our sales representative and was fantastic with help us select a carpet. She was also great communicating when the installation was going to happen. There was a problem with one room getting missed in the initial installation, but the company worked hard to get that room done in a timely fashion. I would absolutely still recommend Abby!

When we decided to replace the carpeting in our three bedrooms with hard surface flooring, we visited several flooring stores before finding the right fit. We were fortunate to connect with Thomas Kalvin (TK) at the downtown Naples store. He first answered my questions over the phone and then went above and beyond when we visited the store. Based on the photos I had sent, he had already selected several samples for us to review. TK really listens to your preferences, has a great eye and makes use of all this input in his recommendations.
