Anna made this an amazing experience! From the selection process to setting up the measure, tear out of old flooring, and installation of new flooring, everything was seamless! This is a very professional company and this team exceeded my expectations!

10/15/2025 My wife and I are snowbirds. Last spring we picked out a carpet to redo our entire house of about 2400 sq feet. We chose an all wool carpet. The manger of the store John was most helpful in the laborious process of selection. As we were leaving shortly he said there was no problem them holding onto the carpet until we returned in the fall. We actually picked an install date and time then and there. When coming back to Naples I confirmed the install process, and all was a go. The gentlemen (2) showed up promptly at 8:30. Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff and sales people. They provide you with as much attention as you want, without any hard sales pressure. I bought a nice area rug at a fair price. Great experience.
