“We went to cancel our Son's membership. My wife called multiple times to do this because they made it difficult. The old lady must have never done it. Now I have a $1k bill coming from a collector. Seems like shady business practice. Either that or the old lady running the books needs to walk away. Either way this needs to be corrected or I will be taking legal action.

Update: After issue was resolved I decided to edit the original rating up to a 4 star because of the ease of getting this rectified. Only left off one star for the inconvenience in the first place. Thank you for the help on this.“
