We are a small condo community, Hillhouse, in Mount Dora. We contracted with All Phase, Terry Mullen, to remodel our balconies. There are 12 of them, a good size project for a small community. Terry and his team took on the project from initial design through final construct. We found Terry and his team to be knowledgeable, adaptable, persistent and really good guys to work with. Our new balconies are a significant upgrade for our community. They have our recommendation.
This company did a fantastic job on a custom sliding door installation at the entrance to our lake front bedroom. They were fast, worked clean and did great work! Once these doors are painted (different company), they will be a work of art. Very happy with this company -- good crew, did great work at a very fair price!
