My partner and i are using Loch Builders to build our home in Lake County. We are in the planning stage, and have been pleased with the help and service they have provided to us. They have an excellent architect associated with the company, and their employee, Jamie Blunt, is a go-getter. She had already contacted our HOA and Lake County to procure development information for our land before we even knew what we needed to be looking for. The staff is knowledgeable, and we are looking forward to having them guide us through the construction project. i definitely recommend them.

They build amazing homes of all shapes, sizes and areas, whether it's an Estates home on Lake with 5 acres or two bedroom bungalow in a HOA the quality and value stay the same. When it's time for me to Build a new home, I'll choose Loch. They also have very knowledgeable staff both in the office and field.

They are building our dream house! It’s almost done and we can’t wait to move in! Loch had been wonderful to work with and keeping us up to date. The job site is always clean with materials always stacked up neatly. They have been a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend them.
