“Dr. Lexy was amazing! The front desk staff was polite and actually acknowledging my cat. Having come out of a really bad experience from another clinic, I was relieved to be able to deal with professionals with compassion, expertise, and reassurance. Dr. Lexy was able to sort out what could actually be going on with my cat and we are starting from the bottom through a process of elimination that I can actually afford. Last place was trying to run me up for over thousands of dollars in tests..where here I left paying under $200. I feel reassured and satisfied we are on a good path to help my cat get better. This experience was night and day from this other place and I am so grateful <3“

“I can't recommend these kind-hearted people enough! I came in yesterday with my daughter's Syrian hamster who unfortunately had a large tumor growing on his chest. The doctor and his nurse treated me and our little furball with all the dignity, compassion and respect that any family dog or cat would deserve. They saw me the same day, were very transparent about expectations, and extremely kind to me during a tough moment. It would have been easy to be flippant with such a tiny creature but they treated my grief with the same reverence as the loss of any family member. The hardest part of having a pet is when their little lives come to an end. We all want to make sure that we give them humane and dignified end-of-life care and minimize any needless suffering. The team here allowed me to leave with my conscience and my heart clear knowing that I did the best I could by our little Jimmy ♥️ ? RIP little guy
