My 4 year old was diagnosed with a Baker's cyst on the back of his right knee. I took him to 3 doctors and they all told me there is no medical intervention for him at his age, just wait watch. He was suffering from intermittent pain especially after playing on the playground. I took him to Dr. Sagman to get another opinion and I'm glad I didn't give up. Dr. Sagman confidently told me that he could rehabilitate his knee without surgical intervention. That same day the tightness in his hamstring had subsided and he hasn't complained of pain since the visit. I'm hopefully that in time the cyst will dissolve.
