“I’m very grateful for Dr. Steiner and his team. My story started about five years ago. Before that, I would occasionally have neck stiffness and neck pain, but over time it became much worse. Eventually, I started having daily pain, numbness, and tingling down my arms.

Dr. Steiner was recommended to me by one of my wife’s coworkers. At that point, I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I didn’t really know what to expect. From my very first visit, I could tell I was in the right place. Before the examination, the office walked me through a short educational video explaining the system, the method, and how the treatment works. That immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with a very professional and organized practice.

After that, Dr. Steiner listened carefully to my complaints, took X-rays, and explained what was going on. He was very thorough and clear. I then started treatment, and after around 50 visits, I can honestly say it felt like I was starting a new life.

Over the years, there have been times when the nerve pressure and symptoms would come back, but whenever that happens, Dr. Steiner has been like a lifeline for me. Usually within just a few visits, he is able to get me back to feeling normal again. Through my own experience, I have learned that when I follow his recommended schedule and come in when needed, my neck problems stay under control.

Dr. Steiner is truly a professional at what he does. His approach is precise, serious, and effective, and I’m very thankful for the care I have received from him and his office.
