Well... First things first I would like to start off by saying I'm very surprised by how many bad reviews there are and how very little good reviews there are. It seems a lot of people just come to yelp when it's time to complain but fail to leave reviews when they have a great experience somewhere. I mean, I have yet to experience any problems at this salon and I have had nothing but excellent service as well as great nail technicians. I usually see Lee but sometimes Ni does my nails when he is not there. I can honestly say I've never once had an issue with a language barrier here & they all seem to speak and understand English very fluently. The salon is kept very clean...read full review

This is my go to relax place?. They do the best pedicure and nails here. The prices are very reasonable and worth it ??. Any special designs or extra spa treatments they have it.. just gotta let them know in advance. Its a very respectful and courteous place. Everyone has great customer service and skilled at what they do ??.

My friend and I were in bad need of a mani & pedi. Due to the pandemic we have not gone to salons for a while. We found this place since it was Sunday and bonus fact, the plaxe was close to our place. The attendants were attentive to our requests. The wait time was not bad (we called prior to make sure they can accomodate) Their hands were light in fixing our nails and the place might not be a HOTEL LIKE SPA but it delivers what we had expected, clean well manicured nails.We will be back....
