I've been going to Miami Nails ?? for about 10 yrs. The service is better since covid because they do appointments. There is no long time walk in wait time. I get manicures and pedicures with Van, and she is really good ??. I get acrylics with Cindy. I recommend this shop. It's clean, and they continually sanitize their equipment.
I came in for a pedicure and overall it was a good job. It was fast, but he never pushed back the cuticles. The painting job could have been a little bit better, but the exfoliation was solid!
11/1/2021 Went to Miami Nails because your girls was WAY over due for a pedicure. I know they were talking about me, but I didn't understand what they were saying. She looked at me like......Really! Sorry, I've been busy. I made an appointment to be their first client. Monday he said. Less COVID, the better. I received a text message reminding me of my 9:30a appointment. Monday, I arrive about 9:10a. 9:30a and no one is still not in the shop. I then reply to the email saying, "Okay, I'm here." 9:50a they arrive. I gave them a couple of minutes to get settled. I walk in. Told them I had a 9:30a. No one knew who made the appointment lol, but it was fine. They took me right away after playing musical chairs. Sit 6, no 3, no no last seat by wall. My massage chair didn't work, but i think that was more the operator. The staff was pleasant. Hard workers. The shop was suitable clean. When I left all of them said BYE. That made me smile. Would I go back? Yes Happy Mani/Pedi's Oh and I like the way they were not pushy. I said I'd like a manicure. They had to of seen that my nails were not done (reason for that) but she didn't keep asking as if to drive the price up.
