We were given an hour window which was awesome since so many other vendors just say the day and expect you to wait all day long. So that started things off nicely. We had several little things like ptrap cleaning, a drain stopper that didn't work, etc, but our main issue was water pressure. It was so bad, the shower would completely stop if you ran water in a sink. He fixed it so fast. Apparently there was buildup from the hard water. We have only lived here 4 years. Brand New house and it got bad so fast. He fixed it so we could run the shower, turn on the faucet, flush the toilet, and even turn on the tub faucet all at the same time and with great water pressure. Very happy.“
