I recently switched to Dr. Gregory Fox after having a frustrating experience with my previous primary care office, and I couldn’t be happier. His staff is friendly, professional, and very responsive — they make scheduling and communication so easy. Dr. Fox really takes the time to listen and makes you feel cared for, not rushed. I highly recommend this doctor!

Today, 8/23/23, I was there for a colonoscopy, they scheduled me for 6 am, because I called to find out the time, they did not inform me of anything else, I had already spoken with the dr the day before about the preparation and they had me sit in the lobby until 9 am because I asked to speak to a supervisor, they passed the entire group for that time, they explained to me that they had been late with me because I had not answered the call from the nurse the day before, a call that they never made, I felt very bad and I was mistreated by a nurse who works in the conoloscopy room because when I explained to her that they didn't make the call, she said yes, that they call three times and leave voice messages, it was never like that, she told me, well, ma'am, we're not going to get there like that. He turned his back on me and left, very bad attention on his part and taking responsibility for his bad work!!

OMG! Run for the hills. If it is not their network with Simply then they are like turtles to get a referral. I feel sorry for the seniors that are manipulated to use their network instead of waiting on a referral. I wanted to talk to the person in charge of the referrals and the representative said she did not know her name. I asked for the headquarters number so I can talk to them and she said you are calling the main office but I don't know the name. Is that possible? The rep works in the same building and does not know the name of the person that signs the referrals. The lesson learned avoid health care that want to force you to use their own network and not the doctor of your choice.
