The alterations service was immaculate. Dropped off the dress that need big adjustments on Tuesday and it was ready by Saturday. Originally a corset style and adjusted to zipper flawlessly.
I have the utmost respect for this place. My first experience was not as one would expect. I dropped off my son's suit that we needed drycleaned for 2 days later. Unfortunately the the tie that was part of the 3 piece suit was misplaced. The owner tried his best to find the tie but to no avail and it was already 8pm on the night prior to my son's following morning event. The owner instead of giving up or dismissing the issue, went to the nearest mall (15 miles) away that had the store where the same suit was bought. He delivered a while new suit to my home at 11:30pm. They now have a lifelong client!
Everytime I come here I am greeted with a smile, there is nothing bad I can even think of saying about this place. Service is amazing, dry cleaning is quick and reliable. Everytime I get a stain on anything I bring it right over and they take care of it and bring it back perfectly everytime!
