I cant express the graditude and calm I felt speaking with Akeem moments afer my father passed away. He said all the right things and followed through on his word. There were a few bumps in the road along the way with other staff members. I was very happy and relieved that he was the person designated to bring my fathers cremains to the church. He was very helpful during the service and continued on with the family and friends to the cementary. He brought calm to a very difficult period, I can't thank him enough.
Wonderful experience with Van Orsdel. Everyone we interacted with were professional, patient, understanding, and incredibly kind. They were prompt, took time to answer any questions, and provided follow-up with care and concern. Thank you, highly recommend.
Sadly my father passed away yesterday and in less than 24 hours the midtown team for Van Orsdel helped me organize the pick up of my father at his residence to walking us through the steps for cremation.
Frank helped us with the paperwork and next steps. He was kind and very thoughtful. Treated us like people and not just dollar signs. I can't recommend this place enough. Really helped take some of the hard work off my plate.
