I cannot recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish, this was hands-down the best contractor experience I’ve ever had.
Andres came to our apartment THE SAME DAY we reached out to provide a quote. He arrived completely prepared with a comprehensive sample book and an iPad loaded with photos and videos of previous installations. His product knowledge was exceptional - he answered every single question we had with confidence and expertise. I rarely post reviews, however, in this case I wanted to as everyone I dealt with at Ultimate Shades and Blinds were friendly, honest and real and it made the experience a very positive and professional one. To be able communicate with emotional intelligence and value systems means a lot to me and I am thankful to Camila, Samuel and all who I interacted with. Will recommend to all.
