I needed a Uhaul last minute there was nothing available. When I arrived to this location I dealt with Mr. Clements who was extremely kind and helpful the process to rent the uhaul was super easy and fast. I definitely recommend coming here for your moving needs!

Terrible customer service has a reservation when I arrived they told me the truck not working when I asked why they didn't call me before I get there , they gave me bad attitude.They don't solve the issue I had to call U-Haul to pick a truck from another spot

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. But unfortunately one is the minimum. Awful service, rude signs, unnecessarily long wait when there were no other customers. They never updated the photos you verify so it didn't have any of the scratches or bumps and dent my vehicle had. The process of getting my vehicle was completely different than the last few times I've used U-Haul. I already had all my paperwork set in place to simply pick up but they redid my stuff and held onto my license for 10 minutes while a coworker went to check the truck mileage.
