I've been in this building for a year, there's been no pool for a year,
The sauna was opened in October 2022, but there is one sauna that never reaches temperature, therefore only a wet steam one works,
Yacuzzi are also not enabled,
But neither is there an outdoor space where you can sit down to share a lunch or dinner in the open air, The terrace where the kitchen is also closed, there is no outdoor space to cook food and share, If your idea is to meet new people this building is not the option, There are never any posted events inviting neighbors to get together There... read full review

Two Midtown is a luxury condominium building in Midtown Miami offering a variety of floor plans with modern finishes and expansive balconies with amazing city and bay view. Two Midtown is centrally located just steps from a multitude of restaurants, cafés and shops. Minutes from the Miami Design District, Wynwood Art District and Miami Beach. A great place to call home.

I've lived here for over a year now, and it's a great place to live. It's close to all the great restaurants and bars in Midtown, the Design District, and Wynwood but also just out of the party areas so it's far more quiet. With the dog parks nearby, it's ideal for a pet owner. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and provides a secure feeling to the building. I'd highly recommend living here.
