Christina is amazing. I had terrible abdominal inflammation and stomach pain and left her office feeling a lot better. I’ making the changes she suggested and have been feeling a lot better these past two days. I wil continue seeing her until I am sure it is all balanced again. I recommend Christina Casado greatly.
Christina is a top qualify acupuncturist! Her diagnosis is through and on point! She takes the time to explain and connect the dot. Her hands on skills and care, make the experience very effective and very relaxing.
She practice Japanese style acupuncture, and you definitely feel the difference in quality. As a shiatsu practitioner my self I appreciate the nuances of her expertise, I have a bit of a needles anxiety , but her technique is so refine ,I didn't feel the needles like I usually do. I have been seeing Dr. Casado for years! She has transformed my relationship with my body and mind. Most importantly she has helped me to address, reverse and prevent chronic conditions. Acupuncture has changed my life for the better. When my anxiety was peaking driving my immune system out of whack. It was all leading to weight gain, insomnia and even bouts of depression. Regular acupuncture sessions along with her dietary recommendations completely turned me around. She is the real deal!
