Visitors note that the rooms are elegant, though thin walls can lead to noise from neighboring rooms. The heated pool can be a bit uncomfortable on very hot days, and poolside service could be improved, as some guests were unaware they could order from their chairs before the bar closed. Overall, the hotel offers a high-end experience with excellent wines and nearby dining options.
Exceptional Service — Even at 3 AM
After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, we called The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove around 3 a.m. hoping they could accommodate us on extremely short notice. From that first phone call, the experience was exceptional.
The concierge answered immediately, understood our situation, and handled the pre-booking details over the phone so everything would be ready when we arrived. When we got to the hotel, Lucas at the front desk was already expecting us and made the entire process seamless. Within minutes, we had our room key and could finally settle in.

We rented a cabana for our group, and from start to finish, the pool team blew us away with their warm hospitality and effortless efficiency. They kept our entire group happy, hydrated, and perfectly nourished throughout the day. Whether it was keeping ice-cold drinks flowing, bringing out fresh, delicious food, or just anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, their attention to detail was incredible.
