Fantastic experience at the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove. Daliana, front desk, is a super star. She made us feel welcome and her care for us was extra special. It was our first stay at the RC in Coconut Grove and we loved it. Isabelle's, on-site restaurant, was great. We had a quick lunch, fire- roasted tomato, prosciutto and escarole pizza, and the dark chocolate, rum, passion fruit cake. Loria ensured we were able to relax and enjoy. When we returned from Vizcaya, a lovely birthday sweet treat was in our room, again Daliana above and beyond. Our room was lovely the balcony had a view of the bay. Exceptional Service — Even at 3 AM
After a very disappointing experience at another hotel, we called The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove around 3 a.m. hoping they could accommodate us on extremely short notice. From that first phone call, the experience was exceptional.
The concierge answered immediately, understood our situation, and handled the pre-booking details over the phone so everything would be ready when we arrived. When we got to the hotel, Lucas at the front desk was already expecting us and made the entire process seamless. Within minutes, we had our room key and could finally settle in.
