I believe it was the best concierge and services I’ve ever experienced in hotel chains. We prefer to stay in IHG, but the Four Seasons changed our minds. Everyone was so helpful and approachable. They try their best to make the customers stay in the best conditions. I wasn’t not in a good condition. They knew it, and provided complementary tea to our room. I loved to see the Botero’s art pieces as well in the lobby. The lobby was full of lovely Diptyque’s L'Ombre dans L'Eau odor (which I guess).
I had my proposal at the Four Seasons Brickell, and they helped me from A to Z with the setup, flowers, candles, and everything! They made this day absolutely PERFECT. They also surprised us with unexpected gifts like champagne, chocolates, balloons, and more!
All the staff at the hotel and at the restaurant knew about the proposal, congratulated us all day long, and treated us to an amazing and delicious dessert! My fiancée felt so special thanks to everyone and everything they did.
