Isabel's, located by the lobby, is a must-visit for excellent food and service. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, with some being upgraded to suites at reasonable prices and even having vehicle parking charges waived overnight. The property is described as a beautiful, hidden gem in Coconut Grove, with incredible personal and attentive service. Visitors note that the rooms are elegant, though thin walls can lead to noise from neighboring rooms. The heated pool can be a bit uncomfortable on very hot days, and poolside service could be improved, as some guests were unaware they could order from their chairs before the bar closed. Overall, the hotel offers a high-end experience with excellent wines and nearby dining options.
Fantastic hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. From the moment we checked in—champagne on arrival and our bags taken straight to the room—everything was spot on.
We had dinner here a couple of times and it was excellent. The food was delicious, and once again the staff went out of their way to make each experience feel special.
A special mention to Dalian on the front desk, who was particularly helpful and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Very nice and spacious suite (1 bedroom executive with partial bay view). Super friendly staff. Large heated outdoor pool with again great service and poolside restaurant (great cocktails!)
We’ve had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove multiple times a year over the past few years, and every single visit continues to exceed our expectations. From the moment we arrive, it never feels like just another hotel stay, it truly feels like coming home.
What makes this property so special is the people and especially Kate (Ekaterina), the Front Desk Manager. Kate is truly exceptional.
