Very shady operation. Staff bearly speaks English. They seem angry. my initial visit was awesome. I bring 3 dogs. My subsequent visits were not smooth. The staff jit helpful. I pay For a membership and and bring them monthly for bail and debtal date. Twice I was told no trim needed. Today I drove 20 miles round trip . 3 dogs pouring rain. Had an appointment specifically for bail trim. I received one email and 2 text messages confirming my appointment.Then I check in in on line. Confirm with them at the old dumpy van. Wait my turn . Then a Vet ?? Who looked unprofessional and clearly mad at everything... tells me the " specialist " didn't come today to trim nails. sooo they constantly collect a total of $$$$45 a month but bever ava to trim their nails. I canceled my membership. I call. Confirming my membership is canceled. As soon as I drive home. The shady company charges me $45$$$ !!!!! again!!!
my Aunt wanted to do another review so here it is, "Dr. Delmastro has been the family vet for years to both my cats and dogs!!! She is the best when dealing with them emotionally or physically. My pets adore her just as my whole family does!!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!"
