The last type of contractor I would want to hire in Miami would be a roofing company. The guy who did a repair on my roof told me about them. Said they were the best but not cheap. They are not. I had three quotes. T&S was the highest. I am not one of those guys who feels better knowing they bought the most expensive. I'm Irish! I brought them back in three times before I signed. Their sales person was exactly like their project manager. Straight forward, No BS, and matter of fact. No up sales either! The job took longer than I would have liked (two months) but the payment plan was fairly painless. Meaning five or six checks. Everything went as planned, one hic-up was taken care of the next day. With an unnecessary apology. I wouuld not call a different roofing contractor in the future. I have since recomended T&S twice. Once to a general contractor.
