Placed my name on the waiting list and was skipped. The hair dresser didnt even look at the list and just called another customer who just walked in. I never had a haircut here so i cant rate the quality and expertise.

There are several places in this city that can cut your hair, but few of them are willing to do it last minute. I had an amazing place in coral gables who could squeeze you in at any time, this is the only other place that could accommodate me. I can call on a weekend day and they get me in within the next 30 mins. My time is valuable to me.

Fool me one, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me - highly doubt there will be a third time. I only come to Super Cuts because it's 5 minutes from my home and I need my ends clipped, BUT it's never a pleasant experience. My first visit, the woman told me "I don't cut Afro hair" ma'am - I don't have Afro hair. I have straightened hair which you can cut if you look beyond my skin color. Second time I went in for a cut, I told the beautician that I had an appointment for 11 and before she could even check she told me no.
