I called on Thursday and spoke with Jennifer, who scheduled a technician for the very next day. Luis Olivera Sr. arrived on time, was professional and personable, and quickly diagnosed why our air conditioner wasn’t cooling. It turned out the system was low on refrigerant. He added what was needed, and the house cooled down within minutes.

I appreciated that he was straightforward and never pushy. He explained that due to the age of our system, both the compressor and air handler will eventually need to be replaced because they’re no longer efficient and are increasing our energy costs. He also recommended a 4‑ton system when we’re ready to upgrade.

We have only one of 4 mini splits in - the rest come tomorrow. The unit is blowing cool and quietly. Working with Jose is great- he is very respectful that we have 2 cats that we want to keep IN the house, and he always made sure to close the doors to keep the cats safe. He is a hard worker and also friendly. We love the look of the Daikin mini-split and are very happy with your work! Update: Luis and Jose completed the installation efficiently abd in time. They were respectful if our space and cleaned up all debris left from installation. I highly recommend this company!

You charged for a install on mini split..but dude didn't even wrap lines we had hole provided for access to outdoor unit..electric hooked up..but come on wrap the lines..but otherwise appreciate your professional install..just maybe take time to wrap all lines..weird situation at all parties..but I would have to say that install was not complete..my opinion..but do appreciate the professional attributes installer had..system is running great..so thank you..just misunderstanding of project from from start..thank you for your service ?
